the location is perfect as it is near the convention centre. the room was cozy and the bathroom was fine. the bed was comfy and had lovely bedding. it was really lovely.

i was disappointed because the room felt cold. you cannot adjust the heating, and the room door constantly rattled.

The room was too warm for my liking. The fan provided was dusty, I did not want to use it. I had to open the windows at night, which caused some concerns about security. The street was noisy and it disrupted my sleep.

i liked the apartment decoration. modern facilities was available to use. milk, biscuits and coffee was present to prepare drinks. its a good location for walk to restaurants near. clear instructions for access the room.

i think that the hotel is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. there are lots of steps and stairs. the rear entrance from the car park has steep steps and no hand rail.

the bathroom was particularly excellent it was spacious like a large living room i found it luxurious the bed offered really good comfort. management responded quickly and helpfully to my questions. i appreciated how quickly they turned the heating on and off upon request.

the fan in the room needed cleaning it was a bit dusty i opened the windows for fresh air during the night as it was quite warm in the room.

The room was well-equipped, a feature i appreciated. Beds were very comfortable. The spacious bathroom included little extras that were nice (i especially liked the shampoo!). Great communication from the hotel occurred before my arrival.

The room was too warm. The fan had visible dirt. Opening the windows at night allowed outside noise in. This made sleeping difficult.

I loved the attention to detail in the room. There was a foldaway kitchen in room 2. the bathroom felt luxurious, it was the nicest i've ever seen. i was able to drop my bags off early, a real bonus. i found a lot of helpful information before and .
